We are a Tai Chi and Qigong school and we deliver classes, training, workshops and retreats to individuals, schools and businesses right across the North West and beyond.
We are as bold and focused as we are playful and balanced. Above all it’s our mission – and our passion – to share the beauty of this ancient art form far and wide, showing more and more people the huge mental and physical benefits it brings. Our sessions will assist in:
Why is it so important to us to do this? Because we firmly believe that Tai Chi and Qigong can change lives.
And we should know – because it’s changed ours.
We are Warrior Spirit and we’d love you to join us.
Scott Broadhurst started training in the art of Tai Chi after reading an article about the benefits of anxiety reduction in a newspaper. After attending a local class, he fell lucky as the instructor Andrew Plant was a student of a Master in Manchester called Liming Yue, immediately falling in love with it after seeing the results and practicing a calmer mood and outlook on life.
He began his dedication in to the world of Tai Chi. He is currently a level 4 senior indoor student of Grand Master Liming Yue and has trained in many classes, seminars and private lessons in the UK. He has also travelled and trained in China at various locations to obtain a deeper understanding of this fascinating art form.
